Control Panels
We build Industrial Control Panels. Industrial Control Panels are the interface designed to control a machine or process. Dependent upon the application, the panel is mounted to a back panel or in an enclosure. It do not include the main power, or controlled equipment. It is not simply selecting an appropriate enclosure and back panel that house the electrical hardware. So, the proper hardware must be mounted to the back panel and correctly wired and integrated into the machine. If improperly configured, the machinery will malfunction, but unlikely to pose any undo risk to operators. The Industrial Control Panel process begins with the evaluation of the specifications, requirements, and regulatory standards. Once all details are determined, drawings are created to outline specific configuration of wiring, circuits, controls, and all other portions of the final control panel. There are many elements involved for the proper schematic which is the foundation for the subsequent development of an Industrial Control Panel.
